Proposal to Manage Your Rental Property
The following is a brief outline of services I will provide:
MANAGEMENT FEES
4% - 5% of Gross Collected Rents *
We will bill you for our management services at the end of each month as well as provide monthly and year-end income statements.
(* Minimum of $80 monthly for single family homes/condos.)
RENTAL INCOME
You Control Your Money!
All rental checks are made payable to you and then deposited to your bank account or we set up a separate bank account for your property. No commingling of funds.
RENTAL COLLECTIONS
"Hands-on" Personal Approach
Each month we hand deliver a "rent due notice" to each tenant. This process serves a dual purpose: First, for us to monitor closely the condition of the property and second, to maintain personal contact with each tenant
MAINTENANCE FEES
You Choose Who Does the Work
Utilizing your existing maintenance workers is fine; however, should independent contractors or our people do the work, you are supplied with a detailed, written account of work completed along with the original receipts. We bill you for services at the end of each month.
